Most of the questions you get are already answered in the panel.
The resident asking about their dues and the owner asking for the accounts both end up calling your number. Most of those answers now sit in the panel, in a place residents and owners can check too.
Try it live

Is it always the same flats paying late?
A few days before the due date the resident gets a reminder, and if the dues stay unpaid the reminders carry on after it. A resident who pays by bank transfer uploads the receipt in the app, and if the same receipt arrives twice, the panel tells you. For a flat that falls behind, call notes, a promise to pay, a payment plan and, when it comes to that, a formal notice (ihbarname) all build up in one file, and late fees stay within the monthly cap set by law.

“I reported the fault and nobody got back to me.”
The resident opens a request with a photo and you hand the job to a member of staff. The staff member adds a photo of the finished work and closes the job, and the resident who opened it confirms whether it is really fixed. If a reply runs late, the warning comes to you, and the record shows who did what and when.
If the water cut is only in Block B, the announcement goes only to Block B.
Would you hear about it if something happened at the gate at night?
A gate call goes to the phone of the guard on duty at that moment, and you set up the duty rota in the panel. If the guard on duty cannot be reached, the alert comes to you, and when a gate device loses its connection you see that in the panel as well. When you wonder “Who came in last night?”, the gate records are there, kept in a way that cannot be changed later.

“Where is our money going?”
Every expense is recorded with its invoice. If you like, you set an amount, and any expense above it needs your approval first. Flat owners see the site’s income and expense summary on their own phones, and when the report has to go to a meeting, you download it as PDF or Excel.

A calmer run-up to the general meeting.
The panel checks the notice period and the quorum for you, and flat owners vote in the app. Decisions go into the decision book in a way that cannot be deleted. The documents you take to the meeting are ready as PDFs, the operating budget is prepared in the panel too, and every owner sees their own share.
If the management changes, the picture on handover day stays in a handover report and the new team carries on from there.

Keep your evenings out of Excel.
You bring in the flat and resident lists you already have, old balances included, from Excel or CSV, and the panel first shows a trial report without saving anything. When you ask the assistant “Who hasn’t paid July’s dues?”, the answer comes from your site’s own records. The assistant also drafts announcements, and you check and send them. Every page of the panel has help cards and short training videos.
Your management staff and your auditor sign in to the panel with their own permissions, and everyone sees only what their work needs.
