Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your Gagent account and personal data with the form below. You don’t need to reinstall the app or be able to sign in. We confirm every request by calling the phone number registered to the account, and every request is completed within 30 days at the latest.

The number you sign in with. We find your account with this number and call you on it.

We will also send the outcome of your request here.

For example Block A, apartment 3. Staff can leave this empty.

What should be deleted?

Anything you want to add, or the specific data you want deleted.

If you cannot use the form, you can also email sales@gagent.com.tr with the same details and the subject “Account deletion request”.
