Your gate opens only in the ways you allow.
The AI never opens the gate on its own. Whether the person at the gate comes in is decided by the resident of the flat or the guard on duty.

The ways the gate opens are set.
The gate opens in one of these ways: a recognised face, the one-time code on a resident’s phone, a valid guest QR invitation, a registered number plate at vehicle gates where plate recognition is installed, the resident’s approval or the guard’s decision. The gate is not opened from the panel, not even by the manager.
Every opening is recorded with its time, gate and method. Face and visitor entries also carry a photo of that moment, and records cannot be edited afterwards.

Your guard isn’t tied to the booth.
Gate calls come to the phone of the guard on duty, who talks to the visitor on video and opens the gate from there if needed. If the visitor named the wrong flat, the guard passes the call to the right one. If no rota is set up, or nobody shows as on duty at that moment, the call goes to every guard.
The guard on duty can watch the gate camera from their phone. A guard who is off shift cannot, and who watched for how long is recorded. If the call reaches no guard at all, the site managers are told.
Security team

Whoever the gate opened for is the one who comes in.
A stranger slipping in behind a resident who has just opened the gate is an unease everyone who lives on a site knows. When someone follows an authorised person through the gate, security is alerted with a photo. Whether it is a real breach or a false alarm, the guard decides.
The doorbell won’t wear you out.
At the pedestrian gate, someone who keeps trying to ring the same flat over a short time is passed to security, and your resident isn’t disturbed.
Face registration is the resident’s own decision.
Residents register their face in the app themselves if they want to, and their explicit consent is asked before the camera opens. Only a numeric template is derived from the registration photo, the photo itself is not kept. Residents can delete their record at any time, and a deleted face is no longer recognised at the gate. No face data is stored on phones.
Everyone sees only what their role requires. Which data is processed where is set out in the KVKK information notice and the privacy policy.
Let’s look together at how it connects to your gate.
Tell us about your gate and how your security team works, and we will talk through how it fits your site in a live demo.
