Video door call
See who is at the gate, on your phone.
The intercom is now in the resident’s pocket: see, talk, decide.

What changes, and for whom
For residents
Courier or guest, you see them with a photo. Open the gate, or talk on video first. Even when you are not home.
For managers
Which visitor came in on whose approval is on record. Unanswered calls do not disappear, they go to security.
For staff
If the resident does not answer, the call rings on the phone of the guard on shift. The guard sees the visitor live, talks, and can open the gate without leaving the booth.
How it works
- A visitor arrives. At the pedestrian gate they pick the block and flat on the touch screen. At the vehicle gate Gagent speaks with the driver in Turkish and asks who they are visiting.
- The residents’ phones ring and the visitor’s photo appears. The resident opens, talks on video or declines.
- If the resident does not answer in time, the call moves to the guards on shift. The first to accept takes it.
- The rest of the household is told the outcome: whether the gate opened, who opened it, or that nobody answered. Residents see the history of visitors to their flat in the app.

Someone is at the gate.
Everyone who came to your gate.
Questions
Does the AI open the gate on its own?
No. The AI never opens the gate on its own and never approves on your behalf. The resident or the guard decides.
What if the visitor names the wrong flat?
The guard can talk to the visitor and forward the call to the right flat. If nobody there can be reached, the guard’s screen says so.
What if the AI does not understand the visitor?
It asks again. If it still cannot understand, the call goes to a guard.
Does the call come through when my phone is locked?
On Android the call opens full screen on the lock screen, and the ringing stops as soon as the call starts.
