At the gate

Fitted to the existing gate. It greets visitors, recognises residents by face and calls the apartment, and the resident sees who is there with a photo. If the resident doesn’t answer, the call goes to the guard on duty. Where plate recognition is installed, registered cars are recognised by their plate.

How the gate opens

Only for a recognised face, a registered number plate, a resident’s one-time code, a valid guest QR invitation, a resident’s approval or a security guard’s decision. The AI never opens the gate on its own. Nobody, the manager included, can open it from the panel. Every entry is recorded and records cannot be edited.

In the office

Collections and arrears, receipt approval, income and expense reports, cash and bank, request assignment, announcements, the general meeting and voting, the decision book, the operating ledger and budget, gate records.

Assistant

Residents and managers ask, answers come from the site’s own records. The assistant drafts, saving and sending stay with the user.

Face data

Optional. Registration photos are not kept, only a numeric template. A one-time code works instead. Deleted whenever you like.

Installation

If the lock or barrier can be triggered by a relay output, the gate stays. Blocks, apartments and gates are set up in the panel, existing lists are imported from Excel or CSV, and the gate is tested together.
